Class Descriptions: Guess you’re wondering how it got its name. You know those plastic bags that they so generously give you when grocery shopping – they are called t-shirt bags This basket is designed with special handles so that you can easily line your basket. Techniques include inserting spokes into wooden base, twining, start and stop weaving, accented with rows of dyed reed. Finished off with specially designed handle.
Dimensions: 10” tall, 20” dia
What to Bring: Regular basket tools if you have them, clothespins or small basketry clamps, tape measure, pencil, bucket, spray bottle, bagged lunch and beverage.
